In the midst of an economic crisis, Salvador and Gladis, both then employees at a local restaurant - he, a passionate chef, and she, a dedicated waitress - found love and a shared dream. This dream was Garibaldi, a place that was more than just a restaurant; it was to be a home, a sanctuary for everyone who walked through its doors. With the little they had, Salvador and Gladis invested in this dream, turning it into the vibrant reality that Garibaldi is today.
